Once at the Retreat, short Eco-Tours or 4WD Hire can be arranged. Fraser Island offers a diverse range of natural attractions which has justified it's World Heritage Listing. Just 15 minutes by 4WD from The Retreat, and you could be swimming in the pristine waters of Eli Creek. Another 5 minutes further on, inspect the rusting hull of the Maheno Shipwreck which was washed ashore in 1935, or marvel at the spectacular sand formations of The Pinnacles and Cathedrals. |
